The Closing Addiction's Revolving Door (CARD) Drug Court Program has been serving felony offenders with a substance use disorder in Fort Bend County for over 20 years. CARD is a12-18 month, 3 phase program that includes judicial oversight, intensive supervision, individualized substance dependency treatment and wrap around services. The goal of the program is to provide participants with an opportunity to learn skills to control their illness reach their full potential and become productive members of the community.
